Great boots!

The boots arrived quickly, in just three days. Great to look at, an they fitted my 46- size European feet perfectly. Needed just a little bit wear-in, got a blister on one heel first time. Now they suit my feet very well! Nice to look at, nice to wear.

Nice shoes, but ghosted by customer support

Ordered a nice pair of boots, there was a small fold in the heel and i was promised a new pair. Then - I was totally ghosted. No answer to any of my e-mails for weeks. A bit surprising for a premium brand!

My pair still stands unused.
Still hoping for an answer 🙁.
